This home was a very typical L-shaped Ranch Style home. The clients wanted another bedroom added to the home and the only place on the property where an addition could go would be at the front. This required some changes to the existing roof structure in order to marry the addition to the existing and provide a cohesive look. In adding the extra space to accommodate a bedroom in a sensible location, we were also able to provide a better entry and foyer, access to the garage, and a new living room. The project added 650 square feet to the home.
